Web Development process flow at Digital Smartland
Stage 1: Development of Sketches
In our first meeting, please tell us your needs and requirement. Please provide us with brochures (if any), annual reports (if any) and any other materials (if available) that would define the nature of your business. This would allow us to understand your business better. We will come up with two sketches for your consideration.
Stage 1 Fee: Not Applicable.
Stage 2: Conversion of Sketches to Web Graphic Layout
If you agree with the sketch (you have to choose one), we will then proceed with a web graphic layout. If you want us to modify the graphics layout, the changes must be made within the scope of the agreed layout.
Stage 2 Fee: 50% Upfront Payment, Final 50% upon presentation of web graphic layout (even if the client decides not to go ahead with the production of the website).
Stage 3: Production Of Website
Upon approval of the web graphic layout, we will proceed with the production of the website. We will insert all remaining text, optimise the images and perform the following web programming such as HTML, Javascript or Perl, PHP and ASP for more dynamic websites.
As we progress, we would upload the pages and temporarily park the pages under our domain at: www.digitalsmartland.com/projectname
Stage 3 Fee: 50% Upfront Payment, Next 25% Upon First Presentation, Final 25% Upon Completion.
Stage 4: Uploading, Web Optimisation & Submission To Various Search Engines,
Online Directories & Web Classifieds
Once the website is completed, we will upload to the server and link it to your domain name. Your website is now live. We will submit your website to various search engines, online directories & web classifieds.
Please note that there is a time lag between the time we perform the submission and the time your website will appear in the search engines listing. The time lag can be from two weeks to few months.
Note: This is not a guaranteed submission.
Stage 4 Fee: Complimentary/Subject to Fee
Alternatively, you can subscribe to our Search Engine service.
